- Ken Xiques' Belles (13-15) team, who won the 1st place trophy in the Consolation bracket final on Saturday.

- Mike Faulkner's Lions (9-10) Angels team, who won the 1st place trophy in the Consolation bracket final on Saturday.
Way to go players and coaches!
I hope all had a GREAT season, and I look forward to seeing you all at the park next spring. Note that I am hanging up my hat, and Brandi Shoemaker will be taking over as Softball Coordinator starting in August. I will still be around to give her a hand, and will be serving in a newly created official position of "Internet/Communications Director" (aka Webmaster) on the HAL Board.

Huntsville American League expresses its condolences to Jim Snellgrove and his family in the passing of his father. |

The old contents of our photo gallery have been published to the new web server. Feel free to check it out using the "Photo Gallery" link on the menu at your left. Note that only REGISTERED users can publish their own photos to the gallery.
The new photo gallery is run using one of the most popular packages available - Coppermine Photo Gallery. It has lots of cool features like the ability to send "eCards" to people. Check it out.
Unfortunately the server crash a couple of weeks ago wiped out all the descriptions you had put in the photos you uploaded to the HAL web page. If you can help out by browsing the photos, feel free to edit/comment on any you know about. It woud be nice to at least know what year the photos were taken.
If you have any issues with the new Photo Gallery, send mail to
